UK legal advisers to the regulated funds industry, acting for
27.87% of the market*. We advised the Financial Services Authority
(FSA) regarding the governance of collective investment schemes
when it was preparing its proposals for its New Collective
Investment Schemes Sourcebook.
As our clients' businesses have

particularly with regard to new fund products and services.
We advise on the design and set up of fund structures in a variety
of domiciles, including many unregulated fund structures and
alternative investment funds.
