We advised on over £6b of transactions in 2005 alone, ranging from commodity services to the largest and most complex transactions.

Our team works with complex tax structures, joint ventures, PFI, e-trading and M&A related deals. We have access to other outsourcing specialists across the firm including employment lawyers specialising in TUPE and corporate, tax and real estate lawyers with in-depth experience gained specifically in the outsourcing arena.

Through our partners we can seamlessly service pan-European deals. Our relationships with firms in the US, India, China and elsewhere round the globe, coupled with first rate international project management experience allows us to attend to any project wherever you are.
