Pipelines & terminals
Our practice covers the acquisition, disposal and
development of all types of real estate and
infrastructure/operational assets, in particular oil and gas
terminals and facilities, power plants, chemical plants, industrial
sites and the construction of cross-country and local
pipelines. Clients include a number of major oil and gas
companies and pipeline operators.
We have been advising on pipelines, terminals, power stations
and other energy and industrial infrastructure projects for over
forty years. We were involved in some of the earliest North
Sea terminals.
Since then, we have advised many major oil, gas and electricity
companies and pipeline operators on a wide range of other
operational infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas,
including the development and construction of refinery, chemical
and industrial plants, power stations, offshore structures and
related storage facilities as well as pipelines and wind farm
developments.
We act for a number of major operators such as National Grid and
BP.
