FFW Community
CSR isn’t just about how we relate to the outside world.
It’s also about our own community: the people who work in the
firm. In our mission statement and the values we have
adopted, we emphasise the importance of a business in which people
are proud and happy to be involved. This important goal is
reflected in everything from our leave and chargeable hours
policies to the provision of on-site sports and recreation
facilities and an Employee Assistance Programme, free to all
employees, which offers expert, confidential advice on a wide range
of issues and problems.
Our Human Resources department has a major role in making
sure that we continue to develop and sustain the spirit of mutual
respect and the awareness that people do not leave their lives at
the office door. The FFW Community strand of our CSR programme
enables all employees to feed in ideas and observations about their
workplace.
