AccountAbility is a
not-for-profit consultancy firm working in the CSR field. It
is a think-tank on the issue of responsible competitiveness,
governance and stakeholder engagement. It has worked with the
Chinese government and other government departments and agencies
and multi-nationals such as Coca-Cola, Gap Inc., Microsoft and
Nike. AccountAbility promotes the “AccountAbility Ratings”
which appear annually in Fortune magazine. The Accountability
Rating is a tool for measuring the extent to which companies have
built responsible practices into the way they do business.
The firm works on a range of work from
setting up new ventures, research and funding agreements, IP
issues, commercial consultancy agreements and all the other work
that a small organisation with a very large reach needs support on.
Partner Simon Briskman is General
Counsel for AccountAbility and a number of our associates and
trainees have enjoyed the opportunity to give legal support to the
AccountAbility team.
