The Civic Trust is the leading UK
charity dedicated to bringing vitality, sustainability and high
quality design to the built environment. It is the umbrella
organisation for over 750 civic societies. Civic societies
are not-for-profit bodies that work in their local communities to
ensure that they are pleasant places in which to live, work and
relax.
As a pro bono project, we are designing and drafting a new model
constitution for Civic Societies and providing training in trustee
duties, legal structures and constitutional reviews.
We recently stepped in at the last minute
to help the Civic Trust by providing our seminar room as a venue
for an oversubscribed all day seminar, at which partner Graeme Nuttall spoke.
