Technical disputes
We regularly act for parties on issues arising from the
purchase, supply and installation of machinery and technical plant
in both High Court and international arbitration proceedings.
Our experience includes:
- representing a German manufacturer in multi-million pound
proceedings concerning the supply of technical plant to a blast
furnace
- conducting High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings
with a value of up to £1b in relation to the operation of a high
profile PFI project in the transport sector
- advising on a dispute concerning very substantial parts
supply agreements in the railway industry
