practice.
All our areas of expertise contain some
international element, whether in the fields of cross-border
corporate transactions, international franchising, rolling trade
mark protection programmes or international tax planning.
Our objective is simple. We aim to help our
clients trade and invest successfully on an international
stage. Our experience in understanding other cultural and
legal approaches while providing a consistent service across the
firm is our greatest strength.
We have eight dedicated Country Desks. These
are teams of lawyers who specialise in advising clients from a
particular country on English law matters.
Each Country Desk includes lawyers across all
key practice areas of the firm, some of whom are dually qualified
and able to provide legal assistance in the language of that
country.
