Our Property Finance Group
comprises of lawyers drawn from the finance, real
estate and tax
practices and is able to provide a seamless service, addressing the
complications of the large lending transactions seen in real
estate.
In addition to the financing of major
office developments and institutionally owned properties, we
also advise in other areas. For instance, we have particular
experience in the hotel and
leisure sector where we are familiar with the various
ownership and management structures invariably used. Also, in
the retail sector, including experience
of major city centre and out-of-town supplying developments.
We frequently advise on transactions
involving portfolios of properties located in various parts of the
world, involving co-ordinating title and regulatory advice from
local counsel.
