Learning and development
As a practical and down-to-earth firm, we recognise there are
many ways to support our lawyers in their continual learning and
development.
Each department runs its own legal update programme and there
are also various cross-departmental training events.
We aim to promote a 'coaching culture' where lawyers work
closely together and the more experienced pass on their knowledge
to other team members during the course of a transaction.
A comprehensive programme of skills and management training runs
throughout the year and lawyers are encouraged to attend suitable
training events to support their development in those areas at the
relevant time.
