Learning and development
As a practical and down-to-earth firm, we recognise there are
many ways to support our lawyers in their continual learning and
development.
Each department runs its own legal update programme; there are
also various cross-departmental training events.
We aim to promote a 'coaching culture' where lawyers work
closely together and the more experienced share their knowledge
with other team members during the course of a transaction.
We host a comprehensive programme of skills and management
training throughout the year; lawyers are encouraged to attend
suitable training events to support their career development.
