Hamburg & Munich

Trainee ("Rechtsreferendar/in")

Attorney (Rechtsanwälte für Patent, IT/ Datenschutz & Medien)

Senior Associate (Public & Administrative Law)
Location:   Brussels
Description:

Our public and administrative law team advises clients from both private and public sector on a wide range of administrative and constitutional law issues regarding any kind of public-private transactions or projects, i.e.:

Our public law lawyers team up with our banking, real estate, corporate and tax lawyers, which guarantees an integrated approach for all issues relating to such public-private projects and transactions. As we work for both public and private sectors, we have a perfect understanding of both public constraints and financial and commercial terms. This allows us to come to well balanced solutions, in particular in terms of risks allocation.

Our team also has a regulatory practice in pharma, communications, energy and transport and works in close cooperation with our other practices such as Competition & EU Regulatory, Transport and Intellectual Property on those matters.
