7. Financial Services and Markets Act
2000
7.1 Field Fisher Waterhouse is not authorised by the Financial
Services Authority to provide financial services and products
under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We are however
regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales and as such can
offer a limited range of financial investment services to our
clients. We can supply these services as long as they are
incidental to the legal services that we are providing.
7.2 Field Fisher Waterhouse has an internal procedure for
dealing with complaints. However, should a client feel that a
complaint has been unsatisfactorily dealt with by us, they may ask
the Law Society, which has its own complaints and redress
procedure, to look into the matter further.
8. Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations
2002
8.1 The following information is provided by us to ensure our
compliance with the above regulations.

survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be
