pensions in the workplace
Pension issues have barely been out of the headlines over recent
months. Whilst most people retiring in the UK at the moment should
receive a good pension from their former employer(s), the worry for
many current employees is that they will not enjoy the same level
of comfort in their retirement.
Faced with the growing concern over pensions, HR teams need to
understand the different types of pension schemes offered not only
by their own organisation but also by their competitors.
