Bullying and harassment
22 May 2007
Bullying and harassment is a growing problem and can be highly
damaging for employers. Employees are able to pursue their concerns
through a number of avenues, including through the statutory
grievance procedure, raising constructive dismissal claims and
under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
We will provide you with a solid background of the legal issues
and discuss practical ways to tackle bullying and harassment.
Peter Holt
and Shaun Cockle will be presenting.
