Misconduct and poor performance regularly raise numerous issues
for employers to deal with, ranging from the investigation process
to the way to encourage improvement and attendance. We will run
through the key factors to bear in mind when tackling misconduct
and poor performance and discuss how best to reduce their impact on
the workplace.
