Derivatives for Asset Manager - liability issues and new developments
02 October 2008
This seminar will look at current topical issues for asset
managers using derivatives as part of their strategies - and how
these issues affect their clients and counterparties. We will
also cover current issues concerning the Eligible Assets Directive
clarifications for UCITS III funds and their use of 130/30
strategies.
The seminar will feature, in
addition to presentations, a panel session where a range of
experienced industry professionals will share their insights on a
number of current issues.
The seminar will be chaired
by Kirstene Baillie, Head of Financial Services and Funds at Field Fisher Waterhouse. She will
be joined by other specialists from the firm. The panel
session will include Jez Bezant from Morley Fund Management, Fiona
Stockwell from Close Investments, Simon Sutcliffe from BlueBay
