good practice forum for sexual orientation issues in the
workplace. Stonewall is the UK's leading gay equality
organisation. We are one of only 25 law firms to have

We will be working closely with Stonewall, along with other members
of the programme, to improve the working environment for our
lesbian, gay and bisexual ("LGB") staff and partners. The
firm is committed to promoting a workplace culture which allows
everyone to be valued as individuals, each with a positive
