Our CIS Group is headed by Alex Woodfield, who has over ten years of experience in representing significant Russian clients in UK. Alex is supported by ten other lawyers who have specialist expertise and experience acting for CIS origin clients, and eight Russian speakers. Alex is a corporate finance partner who has acted for significant Russian individuals and companies on their public and private interests in the UK. He is also an adviser to many CIS companies looking to IPO on AIM and Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
