CIS dispute resolution

Русская версия

Commercial disputes have always been inevitable. That has never been truer than now. Businesses are anxious that their investments are not subjected to foreign courts or tribunals which favour their own nationals, or simply not have the expertise to decide the complex issues involved.

Cashflow is a major issue for businesses: getting and keeping cash is key. Sometimes it is necessary to litigate to achieve that. At the same time those needs, and the imperative to get results, must be balanced against the need to use budgets, management time and resources carefully.

We believe that clients need lawyers who understand the drivers behind the decision to litigate but who also understand the need to balance aggression against taking a proportionate approach. We know that clients want lawyers who get results.
