Our Nordic Desk
acts for various (primarily
Danish) companies purchasing properties in the UK.
Many of our Nordic clients work in the following
sectors in particular: energy, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals,
telecoms, software, insurance, investment (real
estate) and consultancy.
We assist companies, pension funds, partnerships and
individuals in connection with their UK interests and advise them
on all general corporate and
tax matters. We offer our clients a broad spectrum of legal
services, including advice in the practice areas of mergers
and acquisitions, corporate, banking, real estate, IP, IT and
tax law. Our Group also advises clients
from the UK who wish
to enter the Nordic market.
We work closely with many of the
leading law firms (both specialist and general practices) in the
relevant jurisdictions and many of our earlier clients
originally came from recommendations and referrals by local
law firms.
