FFW advises on 13th AIM flotation of 2004: Dunn-Line plc - admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Dunn-Line plc in relation to
its fundraising and admission to trading on AIM. This transaction
represents the 13th flotation on which FFW has advised this year
with a further two floats scheduled to be completed before the end
of December.
Dunn-Line plc provides bus and coach services principally in the
Nottinghamshire and Durham areas.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Dominic
Gurney-Champion, who was assisted by corporate assistants Christine
Phillips and Tom Martin.
City Financial Associates Limited acted as nominated adviser and
Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited as broker.
