FFW advises Bar Council on unifying relocation

20 May 2004

FFW acted for the Bar Council on the property aspects of its relocation to 289 High Holborn from its three offices in Bedford Row, Cursitor Street and Northumberland House.

Moira Gilmour, partner and Head of the Real Estate Department, led the FFW team, which also comprised John Palfrey and assistant Hannah Storey.  Richard Cross of Beachcrofts Wansborough advised the landlord.

The move will unite the three offices in a convenient location. Head of Administration, David Hamilton Rump, says:

“The move makes sense both practically and financially. It will consolidate our existing infrastructure, make provision for the future and allow the separate Bar Pro Bono and Free Representation Units to be co-located with us.  FFW handled the process in its usual professional and efficient manner.”
