FFW advises new client on £16.45 million disposal of property investment

City law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse advised the Trustees of
the ISL Holmewood Syndicate, an Enterprise Zone Investment
Syndicate, on the £16.45 million sale of its interest in a property
in Chesterfield. Jeffrey Green Russell acted for the
purchaser.
The disposal was by way of a long lease to Linelever
Limited. The property was the Solar Cold Storage Unit in
Holmewood, Chesterfield, the occupational tenant being Solar Cold
Services Limited.
Investment property partner Jayne Elkins and property tax
partner Nick Beecham advised the Trustees. It is the first
transaction that the firm has handled for the investors, who were
introduced to the firm by financial services and funds partner
Robert Guest.
