FFW advises House of Fraser on the Dickins & Jones disposal

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) advised House of Fraser on the
assignment of its lease of the Dickins & Jones department store
in Regent Street, which completed on the 13th July, the company
trading on until the New Year. This famous landmark London store
has been acquired by property developers Shearer Properties and
Delancey Estates in a joint venture, for an undisclosed sum.
House of Fraser was advised by FFW Real Estate partner Edward
Bannister, assisted by solicitor Guy Wheeler.
