FFW advises Consolidated Communications Corporation plc on placing and admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) acted for OFEX traded Consolidated
Communications Corporation plc ("3c") on its £1.45 million placing
and admission to trading on AIM with a market capitalisation of
£6.4 million.
3c is a telecoms, data and internet service provider for
national and international corporate clients in Russia and
Hungary. The Group's operations are based in Moscow, St.
Petersburg, Budapest, London and New York.
The net proceeds of the placing will be used to finance the
launch of additional services, improve and increase sales and
marketing capability and for general working capital.
The FFW team was lead by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank assisted by George Cotter.
Seymour Pierce Limited acted as nominated adviser and broker to
the placing.
