FFW to convert to LLP status

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW), the City law firm, announces
today that it is to convert to LLP status on Monday 5 June
2006.
Moira Gilmour, FFW’s managing partner, said: “LLP is becoming
the model for professional services partnerships as the
conventional structure is no longer suitable for a large
professional service organisation such as ours.”
