FFW appoints new employment partner in seventh lateral hire of 2006

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP (FFW) announces today the
appointment of Peter
Holt who joins the firm as an employment partner.
Peter joins the firm’s Employment Group from
Le Boeuf Lamb Greene & Macrae LLP. His appointment is the
seventh lateral hire for FFW this year and follows the appointments
over the summer of construction
partner, Chris Fellowes from Manches and IP partner, Ian Craig from US firm,
Dorsey & Whitney.
Peter, who is also a qualified barrister, has significant
experience in all aspects of employment law. He has
recognised expertise in the employment issues arising from
PPP/PFI projects and corporate and commercial matters,
particularly relating to the application of TUPE and collective
employment rights.
Peter’s appointment will further boost FFW’s employment group
which has tripled in size over the last five years. The
Group, which has gained recognition for the quality of its advice
and service, acts for a number of blue chip commercial and retail
organisations as well as government departments and agencies.
