New property finance partner joins Field Fisher Waterhouse’s Real Estate Group

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today
the appointment of property finance
partner Richard Green who joins the
firm’s Real Estate Group.
Richard’s appointment follows that of John Nelmes, the firm’s new Head of Property
Finance who joined the firm in September. Both Richard and John
join from Davies Arnold Cooper where they worked together in the
property finance team.
Richard worked at Davies Arnold Cooper for
over five years. His practice focuses on advising banks and other
financial institutions on property finance transactions and he has
particular expertise in the healthcare sector.
Richard and John are the latest in a number of
recent lateral hires for the firm – the latest being a three
partner Competition & EU Regulatory
team who joined the firm’s Brussels office on 1st October and
planning partner Sarah Youren, who joined the firm in
September.

partner Real Estate Group, boosting the firm’s existing property finance capability which draws
specialist expertise from commercial property, banking and finance,
tax and financial
services and has a range of UK and international banking
clients.
