Field Fisher Waterhouse advises on acquisition of UK call centre by major international provider

Law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Hinduja Global
Solutions on the acquisition of UK call centre business Careline
Services Limited from Cyclebroad Limited. This deal is the first
European acquisition by this major worldwide provider of call
centre services and will act as a launch pad for Hinduja Global
Solutions to enter the UK and European markets.
Careline Services Limited is a leading call centre provider with
approximately 1000 employees across three sites in the UK.
Established in 1997, their clients are from various sectors
including Government, FMCG, financial, automotive, telecom and
retail and they offer a range of services for inbound and outbound
interactions.
Hinduja Global Solutions is a part of the multi-billion dollar
Hinduja Group conglomerate. With this acquisition, Hinduja Global
Solutions will now have a presence in 29 delivery centres across
the USA, India, Philippines, Canada, Mauritius and the UK and its
global headcount will increase to 16,000 people.
