Field Fisher Waterhouse grows Hamburg office with corporate hire

The Hamburg office of Field Fisher Waterhouse announces the
appointment of corporate partner Florian Streiber who joins the
firm from Latham & Watkins.
Florian specialises in capital markets and corporate law. He
advises both German and multinational companies on a wide range of
corporate and commercial transactions including cross-border
mergers and acquisitions. He has particular expertise in the real
estate sector and acts for real estate companies in connection with
the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios and the
structuring of project developments.
In addition to his transactional practice Florian advises on
group re-organisations, joint ventures and shareholder disputes as
well as on corporate finance and restructuring transactions. He has
extensive experience in the legal structuring of closed-ended
private equity funds in various sectors such as maritime shipping,
real estate and renewable energy.
He is a lecturer in corporate law at Bucerius Law School in
Hamburg and a member of the Academic Association of Corporate and
Business Law (VGR).
