Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised
FFastFill plc, a leading provider of Software as a Service to the
global derivatives community, on a UK vendor placing in connection
with the acquisition of the technology consulting and software
solutions business of US company WTD Consulting Inc. in a deal
worth $12 million (£7.6m).
Field Fisher Waterhouse advised FFastFill on
the vendor placing carried out by Canaccord Genuity Limited on
behalf of the company in connection with the acquisition.

Tim Bee said: “We are pleased to have advised
FFastFill on its vendor placing in connection with this important
acquisition which will further strengthen its US business and

firm has a long standing relationship with FFastFill and this
acquisition follows quickly after their acquisition of the "Spread
Intelligence" software business earlier this year, on which we were
also pleased to advise.”
Field Fisher Waterhouse has a strong
reputation in the AIM field, advising more than 30 AIM-quoted
companies this year so far. This includes work for Avocet Mining
