Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Ocean
Equities Limited and Canaccord Genuity Limited in relation to the
secondary placing of shares by AIM-quoted African Eagle Resources
plc.
A team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank supported by
Brad Isaac advised
Ocean Equities Limited and Canaccord Genuity Limited in connection
with the secondary placing of shares by African Eagle Resources plc
to raise £9.5 million. African Eagle is developing a nickel project
in Tanzania. The proceeds of the fundraising will be used to fund a
bankable feasibility study in respect of this project.
