Firm advises on the acquisition of Singers Asset Finance

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has
advised the management of Singers Asset Finance, a specialist
provider of finance to SMEs and equipment leasing solutions to the
healthcare sector, on the sale of Singers Asset Finance to
Shawbrook Bank.
Shawbrook Bank is a specialist savings and
lending bank which has a commitment to increasing lending to
SMEs. This acquisition will allow Shawbrook Bank to extend
its secured lending offer to SMEs. As part of the acquisition
Singers Asset Finance will retain their name and brand, which will
allow both Shawbrook and Singers to continue to seamlessly operate
their relationships and contracts with their existing
customers.
