Firm advises Carluccio's on launch of supermarket products

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP
has advised Carluccio's, the group of authentic Italian caffé and
foodshops on the launch of its branded range of meals into
supermarkets.
The "At Home" range includes
17 products and is inspired by dishes available in the
restaurants. These products will be available in 114
Sainsbury's stores from 18 July.
The range has been developed
in association with fresh prepared food specialist, Bakkavör.
Field Fisher Waterhouse IP Associate Gordon Drakes advised
Carluccio's on their trade mark and manufacturing agreement with
Bakkavör.
