Field Fisher Waterhouse advises on the sale of Connect TV Limited

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised the
shareholders of Connect TV, the connected TV service provider, on
the sale of the company to the communications infrastructure and
media services company, Arqiva.
The Connect TV
platform allows digital terrestrial television
customers to access complementary services and content via the
Freeview interactive channel, as well as subscription services
and the opportunity to purchase goods.

Gearing advising on tax.
