FFW advises Seymour Pierce Limited on a £1.375 million placing by Camelot Capital PLC and admission to trading on AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Seymour Pierce Limited on a
£1.375 million placing by Camelot Capital PLC and admission to
trading on AIM.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank.
Camelot Capital is a newly incorporated company established in
order to identify and acquire or invest in businesses or companies
which are considered by the directors to have the potential for
generating significant, sustainable growth and profitability.
The directors intend that the net proceeds of the placing will
be used to provide the funds needed by the company to identify and
carry out due diligence on potential targets in line with its
proposed strategy.
Seymour Pierce Limited acted as Nominated Adviser and Seymour
Pierce Ellis Limited as the Company's broker.
Greg Scott at Memery Crystal acted as legal advisers to the
Company.
