FFW’s German practice boosted by Orrick wind energy expert

FFW expanded its German practice with the arrival of Dr. Stefan
Schmitz from US firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Stefan was
a Senior Assistant at Orrick’s London office where he specialised
in advising energy project developers and lenders, specifically in
the wind energy sector.
Stefan, who is dual qualified in English and German law, joins
Babette Märzheuser-Wood’s German practice as a senior lawyer and
brings with him a high level of expertise in the wind energy
sector. He is keen to take full advantage of the platform afforded
to him by FFW’s full-service projects practice.
He says:
