FFW advises Luminar on sale of Camden Palace

FFW acted for Luminar plc on the £4.12 million sale of the
internationally famous Camden Palace nightclub to Magic Meadows
Ltd.
Luminar plc is the UK’s largest operator of licensed late-night
venues and began trading in 1988.
FFW, who enjoyed the distinction of being the only law firm
nominated in the Leisure Consultant of the year category at the
Property Week Leisure Awards last December, have acted for Luminar
plc since 1996.
Paul Houston, Head of FFW’s Hotel and Leisure Property group,
advised Luminar plc.
