FFW advises Seymour Pierce Limited on a £4 million placing by Bond International Software PLC and acquisition of the Eza

FFW acted for Seymour Pierce Limited on a £4 million placing by
Bond International Software PLC and acquisition of the Ezaccess
Business of the Unicru Group.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank.
Bond International Software PLC is a developer and supplier of
staffing industry software worldwide with offices in the UK, USA
and Australia.
It is proposed that the net proceeds of the Placing will be used
in part for the acquisition of the Ezaccess Business and in part
for future working capital needs.
Seymour Pierce Limited acted as broker and Grant Thornton as
nominated adviser. Memery Crystal acted for Bond
International Software PLC.
