FFW advises Eredene Capital PLC - Placing on AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Seymour Pierce Limited, nominated
adviser and brokers for Eredene Capital PLC on its £3.95 million
placing and admission to AIM.
Eredene Capital PLC will use the net proceeds of the placing to
provide working capital to identify and carry out due diligence on
potential acquisition targets and investments in line with its
proposed strategy.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank.
Seymour Pierce Limited acted as nominated adviser and
broker.
