FFW advises African Eagle Resources PLC - Placing on AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Durlacher Limited, brokers for African Eagle Resources PLC on its £1 million placing on AIM.

African Eagle Resources will use the funds to fast-track exploration at the new Igurubi gold project in Tanzania and Mkushi copper project in Zambia.

The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Dominic Gurney-Champion.

Durlacher Limited acted as broker.
