FFW advises Bulgarian Property Developments plc - admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Bulgarian Property
Developments plc in relation to its admission to trading on AIM by
way of introduction.
The Directors of the Company intend to undertake property
development, trading and investment primarily in Bulgaria.
They believe that prices in the Bulgarian property market will
continue to increase over the next few years. The Directors
will also consider property market opportunities which arise in
other south eastern European countries.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank who was assisted by corporate assistant Brad Isaac.
Matrix Corporate Finance acted as nominated adviser and J M Finn
& Co as broker.
