FFW advises House of Fraser on 170,000 sq. ft. anchor store lease

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) advised House of Fraser, one of
Britain’s leading department store groups, in an agreement for the
anchor store lease at ING Real Estate’s Northgate Scheme in
Chester. The agreement provides for House of Fraser to take a
170,000 sq. ft. anchor store in the 410,000 sq. ft. retail shopping
centre. It is set to open in 2008.
FFW real estate partner Edward Bannister acted for House of
Fraser. He also acted for the company in last year’s
Stannifer development for a new 140,000 sq. ft. anchor store in
High Wycombe, which will open in 2006/7.
