FFW advises IncaGold plc on placing and admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for City Financial Associates
Limited and Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited on IncaGold plc's £1.5
million placing and admission to trading on AIM with a market
capitalisation of £5.24 million.
IncaGold is an international mass-market publisher of games,
entertainment, edutainment and utilities software. The
company's objective is to grow annual revenues through expanding
the number of titles published, cross-marketing titles across
multiple formats and maximising the net profit margins earned
on each subsequent product sold.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank assisted by George Cotter.
City Financial Associates Limited acted as nominated adviser and
Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited acted as broker.
