Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for City Financial Associates
Limited, nominated adviser and broker for Sportswinbet Limited on
its £3 million placing and admission to trading on AIM with a
market capitalisation of £28.5 million.
Sportswinbet is a newly incorporated investment company seeking
to raise £3 million by way of the Placing.
The company's investment strategy is to invest in, acquire,
develop or agglomerate business or companies in the online gaming
sector.
The FFW team was lead by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank.
