FFW advises the first Cypriot Company to list in London

Eastern Mediterranean Resources Public Limited – Placing and
Admission to AIM
Field Fisher Waterhouse acted for Eastern Mediterranean
Resources Public Limited on its fundraising and AIM listing.
It is the first Cypriot company to list in London.
The principal activity of Eastern Mediterranean Resources Public
Limited is the exploration and development of natural resources,
especially copper and gold. Geographically it is focused on
the regions of Central Europe, Eastern Europe, West Asia and the
Middle East.
The principal reasons for the fundraising are for the
preliminary evaluation of projects already identified and to
actively build a balanced portfolio of regional prospects.
The FFW team was led by corporate finance partner Dominic
Gurney-Champion assisted by Tom Martin.
Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited acted as nominated adviser and
Hichens Harrison & Co plc acted as broker.
