FFW advises Pantheon Leisure plc on placing and admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) acted for City Financial
Associates Limited and Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited on Pantheon
Leisure plc’s £750,000 placing and admission to trading on AIM with
a market capitalisation of £3 million.
Pantheon is a holding company incorporated for the purpose of
acquiring businesses in the leisure sector that, in the opinion of
the Directors, will provide opportunities for significant growth
and development.
The net proceeds of the placing will be used to facilitate
Pantheon’s expansion by raising £750,000 before costs and seeking
admission of the issued and to be issued Ordinary Shares and
Warrants to trading on AIM.
The FFW team was lead by corporate finance partner Anthony
Brockbank.
City Financial Associates Limited acted as nominated adviser and
Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited acted as broker to the placing.
