FFW advises Pantheon Leisure plc on placing and admission to AIM

28 September 2005

Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) acted for City Financial Associates Limited and Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited on Pantheon Leisure plc’s £750,000 placing and admission to trading on AIM with a market capitalisation of £3 million.

Pantheon is a holding company incorporated for the purpose of acquiring businesses in the leisure sector that, in the opinion of the Directors, will provide opportunities for significant growth and development.

The net proceeds of the placing will be used to facilitate Pantheon’s expansion by raising £750,000 before costs and seeking admission of the issued and to be issued Ordinary Shares and Warrants to trading on AIM.

The FFW team was lead by corporate finance partner Anthony Brockbank.

City Financial Associates Limited acted as nominated adviser and Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited acted as broker to the placing.
