Field Fisher Waterhouse advises on Synergie acquisition

FFW has advised Synergie Group in relation to its acquisition of
British group Acorn, by acquiring 70% of its shares.
Synergie is a leading independent player in the human resource
management industry with a presence in nine countries - Belgium,
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Slovakia,
Canada and now the UK with this latest acquisition.
With 2005 revenues of €56 million and a network of 11 branches,
Acorn covers all aspects of HR management. It is the largest
independent recruitment agency in Wales.
The acquisition is a major milestone for Synergie, which thus
enters the UK market with a view to further expansion, including a
proposed presence in London.
