Brussels growth gathers pace with new corporate appointments

The Brussels office of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces
today the appointments of corporate partner Marie Evrard and
assistant Louis-François du Castillon, both of whom join from
independent Belgium law firm Lawfort.
These latest appointments in Brussels closely follow that of
pensions partner Corinne Merla and her
team of three assistants in June. During the month, Field
Fisher Waterhouse also announced the arrival of Dr. Felix Wittern and
Dr. Alexandra von
Bismarck, who joined the firm’s Hamburg office.
Marie Evrard advises a wide range of companies on all aspects of
Belgian corporate law, including M&A, private equity, MBOs,
joint ventures, corporate structuring, corporate governance and
strategic alliances. Marie has specific
experience in working alongside many national and international
lawyers on all aspects of transactional work.
Field Fisher Waterhouse’s international corporate group consists
