Field Fisher Waterhouse appoints international derivatives expert

European law firm, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces
today the appointment of partner Joseph
Carrico who joins the firm’s Derivatives & Structured
Finance Group.
Joe is a US lawyer, specialising in derivatives and ISDA
Master Agreements. Previously he was Director, Counsel and
Head of Trading Legal Services Europe at Citi where he worked for
three and a half years. Prior to that he was head of
the Capital Markets Legal Department at Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG
(now Landesbank Berlin AG) having worked in banks in Germany,
Denmark and Norway. Joe was closely involved in the drafting
of the ISDA Master Agreements in 1992 and 2002.

and Edward Miller in Field Fisher
Waterhouse’s dedicated Derivatives & Structured Finance
Group. The Group has been practising in derivatives since the
early 90s and has a strong client base including global investment
banks, asset/fund managers, pension schemes and multinationals,
providing advice on all underlyings.
